The objective of this project is to improve safety on this road. The tender follows years of requests from the Partido Popular and the elaboration of the project by EVISLUSA in 2017, which remained unexecuted.
The Partido Popular maintained this demand during their time in opposition, requesting budget allocations that the previous government rejected. The improvement of Virxe da Soidade street was also part of the commitments made by the current municipal government.
The contract has a base tender budget of 152,554.59 euros, and the deadline for submitting offers is November 12, 2026.
This action exemplifies the 'Lugo of facts' approach, aiming to continue with neighborhood demands, unblock pending projects, and move forward with concrete measures to improve safety and daily life in the neighborhoods.
