Students from the CEIP Mestre Martínez Alonso in Mos received their second prize in the school contest “E ti, que pensas da igualdade?” (What do you think about equality?), promoted by the Deputación de Pontevedra, culminating in an activity by Migallas Teatro.

The educational center in Mos celebrated the award ceremony, which allowed the students to enjoy the theatrical and musical performance “Elas pintan moito” (They paint a lot). This activity, by Migallas Teatro, introduced children to the lives and works of various female painters, learning about their careers and the challenges they faced.
Provincial deputy Paula Bouzós and Mos's Education councilor, Julia Loureiro, participated in the award presentation. Bouzós congratulated the students on their work and recognition, encouraging them to maintain a critical perspective on messages that perpetuate inequality.
The initiative aims to promote equality education from an early age, using culture and arts as tools to highlight the role of women in history and artistic creation.
