The Zas Town Council is announcing 180 study grants for the 2026/2027 academic year, with a total investment of 29,100 euros, aimed at students registered in the municipality to promote equal access to education.

The municipal government of Zas has announced the call for 180 study grants for the 2026/2027 academic year. These subsidies are aimed at students in Primary, Secondary, Basic Vocational Training, Baccalaureate, Vocational Cycles, and University (excluding postgraduate studies) whose family unit is registered in the municipality. Their objective is to promote equal access to education and compensate families who, due to their economic conditions, face greater difficulties in covering course-related expenses.
When designating beneficiaries, the socioeconomic situation of the family unit, the number of members, and the student's academic merits will be taken into account. Grants will be awarded to repeating students if the economic context justifies it, and up to two subsidies may be given to the same family in cases of urgent need.
This line of aid will have a maximum total investment from the Zas Town Council of 29,100 euros. 15 grants will be distributed for university studies (360 euros each), 31 for Baccalaureate and Higher Vocational Cycles (180 euros), 68 for ESO, Basic Vocational Training, and Intermediate Vocational Cycles (150 euros), and 66 for Primary studies (120 euros).
Applications can be submitted in person at the municipal offices or through the Town Council's electronic headquarters from today, Thursday, November 5, until Tuesday, November 17.
