The Official Gazette of Galicia (DOG) has published an increase of 300,000 euros in the credit for aid aimed at individuals under 36 for the acquisition of housing in municipalities with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants.

The budgetary credit for the call, initially set at 2 million euros, will now increase to 2.3 million euros. This modification will allow aid to reach individuals who acquired a home between October 16, 2025, and December 31, 2025, a period initially excluded from the deadlines of the announcement published on August 19th.
Through this aid line, a maximum of 20% of the acquisition price or the cost of self-building is financed, with a limit of 15,000 euros per dwelling. The acquisition price or self-building cost cannot exceed 250,000 euros.
The deadline for submitting applications will remain open until the upcoming November 16th. The dwellings covered by this aid must serve as the habitual and permanent residence for a minimum of 5 years.
