Vipugal's board of directors authorized today the award of this contract for the construction of a building on plot 19 of Valdecorvos, ceded by the city council. The project was drafted by Alberto Quintáns Arrondo.
The projected building consists of two basements for garages; a ground floor with five residential access portals, utility rooms, a reserve for waste container storage, cleaning rooms, and storage rooms, and eight upper floors for housing use and an attic for storage.
The property will have 152 homes with the following distribution:
