The works will focus on a 2.5-kilometer section, from kilometer point 5+500 to the end of the road, in the municipality of Cerceda. The estimated execution period is five months from the signing of the site survey verification report.
The main objective is to enhance road safety and improve the road's conservation status. This will involve laying a new layer of hot bituminous mix, six centimeters thick, across the entire width of the carriageway.
Preliminary tasks will include clearing and cleaning sidewalks, paths, and ditches. Milling and resurfacing will also be carried out in specific areas that are more deteriorated.
Furthermore, the horizontal signage will be comprehensively renewed, symbols and markings will be repainted, and manholes and drains will be raised to adapt to the new road level.
