The Xunta de Galicia seeks to address job vacancies in the province of Lugo by attracting returned talent and talent from third countries, as announced today by the Director General of Training and Qualification for Employment, Zeltia Lado.

The Director General of Training and Qualification for Employment, Zeltia Lado, participated this afternoon in Lugo in the conference Summing up talent for Lugo companies: hiring and international recruitment programs. There, she referred to existing regional programs such as Retorna Cualifica Emprego aimed at attracting workers from abroad and responding to existing job vacancies.
The Retorna Cualifica Emprego initiative offers Galicians who have emigrated or their descendants under 55 years of age the possibility of returning to Galicia with jobs offered at origin. Companies can post their vacancies on the program's portal. Selected individuals will receive training and support to facilitate their settlement.
Lado also mentioned the initiative designed to accelerate the labor integration of individuals welcomed into the Community through the extraordinary regularization process promoted by the central government. This includes signing collaboration agreements with non-profit entities, such as Cáritas Diocesana de Lugo, to expedite the effective incorporation of regularized individuals into the labor market.
