Valdoviño Inaugurates "Galegos en Mauthausen" Photographic Exhibition

The Valdoviño City Council inaugurated last Friday the photographic exhibition "Galegos en Mauthausen", promoted by the Cultural Association Historical Democratic Memory, which can be visited at the cultural center until October 29.

The exhibition, featuring 40 images, was presented by historian Enrique Barrera, who guided a commented tour of the photographs. The public also had the opportunity to watch a documentary based on the exhibition itself.
The exhibition is part of the Municipal Activities for the Recovery of Democratic Memory and aims to keep alive the memory of the Galicians who suffered in the Nazi concentration camp.
The cultural center of Valdoviño will host the exhibition until October 29. Visiting hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.
