The Campaña business park in Valga is undergoing a new phase of road infrastructure improvement works, with an investment of 142,962.60 euros, to facilitate mobility and modernize access to the main companies and their more than 2,000 workers.

The actions focus on the northern part of the industrial estate, around companies such as Extrugasa, Exlabesa, and Urovesa, aiming to continue modernizing the communication infrastructure of Valga's main industrial and economic center. This will facilitate the transport of goods and the daily commute of workers.
The project adapts the road network to the needs arising from the significant increase in business activity. The area, covering 450,000 square meters, is structured by the regional road PO-548 and hosts five major companies.
The works include drainage improvements with the conditioning of ditches and new drains, the asphalt paving of two streets, and enhanced road safety with new signage. One of the asphalted streets leads to the Extrugasa factory, passing the Belén Artesanal, and the other is located between the municipal sports facilities and the Urovesa plant.
The total budget for the works is 142,962.60 euros, financed by the Valga City Council with a subsidy from the Consellería de Economía e Industria of the Xunta de Galicia, as part of a grant program for infrastructure improvements in Galician business parks.
