More than 50 cyclists participated in a new outing of the municipal program ‘BTTeando por Guitiriz’ that took them to the parish of Roca to discover its heritage, history, and natural environment.

The Guitiriz Town Council, together with the Btteiros Cova da Serpe Club, organized an event that brought together over fifty athletes at the old Roca School. The morning, although cool, presented good weather conditions for cycling.
Before starting the route, participants had the opportunity to visit the interior of the old school and learn about the parish's history and cultural value, thanks to explanations from D. Alfonso Blanco. Afterwards, the group completed a tour through the villages and paths of the surrounding area, combining sport, nature, and knowledge of local heritage.

During the route, participants stopped to refuel with a snack of chocolate and churros, provided by the Roca Community of Montes.

The event proceeded without incident, allowing cyclists to enjoy a new experience of coexistence and territorial knowledge within the municipal program.
