The works improved the conservation status of this municipal road, which had an aged pavement deteriorated by use and weather agents, affecting the regularity of the circulation surface for both vehicles and pedestrians.
The intervention focused on the superficial rehabilitation of the existing surface, including cleaning and preparation of the platform, repair of deteriorated areas, and application of a new asphalt layer five centimeters thick. Manhole covers were also adjusted to the new pavement level, and horizontal signage was completed.
Belén do Campo highlighted the importance of collaborating with municipalities to improve local infrastructure and ensure residents have roads in adequate conditions of safety and functionality, facilitating daily mobility and service provision.
The project in Eo dos Menecos is part of the collaboration between the Consellería de Presidencia, Xustiza e Deportes and the Concello de Teo to enhance municipal infrastructure.
