The University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) has opened the application period for grants from the Vice-Rectorate for Culture, Language, and Heritage for the development of socio-cultural, cultural, and sports activities within its centers.

The deadline for submitting applications is December 12, 2026. This call is aimed at the Student Council and the faculties and schools of the USC.
The maximum amount per activity will be 2,500 euros, and each center can apply for a maximum funding of 4,000 euros for multiple activities. The maximum funding limit for multiple activities does not apply to applications submitted through the Student Council.
Selected activities must manage their spending commitment by November 15, 2027, and be executed between February 20 and November 30, 2027.
The potential impact of the activity on the USC student community, the proposal's cross-disciplinarity, the adequacy of the proposed hours, and its openness to the entire community will be evaluated. Student support and involvement in organizing activities, as well as gender perspective and environmental impact, will also be considered.
