The call seeks to promote the acquisition of material resources for the recovery and proper functioning of fishing interest areas, contributing to better management and conservation of marine biological resources. Actions may focus on reducing physical and chemical pollution, conservation measures to protect flora and fauna, or the elimination of invasive alien species.
Beneficiary entities include fishermen's guilds, legally recognized associative entities of fishing sector professionals, fishing producer organizations, and non-profit entities exclusively composed of fishermen's guilds.
Eligible expenses include the acquisition of equipment such as tractor vehicles, towing elements for plowing in mollusk production areas, or power tillers. The maximum subsidy per project is €200,000 (excluding VAT), potentially covering up to 100% of the investment.
