A Semente dos Soños has its own teaching and learning system where different methodologies coexist. As the center itself explains, part of its pedagogical knowledge comes from a curricular immersion carried out in Finland, a country internationally associated with educational models focused on autonomy, respect for learning rhythms, and student well-being.
This approach is combined with principles of active pedagogies, individual academic monitoring, and work on emotions and the creation of a true group awareness. The idea is simple, though not always easy to find: For a child to learn, they must first feel safe, understood, and respected. "Here, the aim is not for all students to learn in the same way or at the same pace. Content is connected to real situations, presented in a motivating way, and adapted to the specific needs of each student." The center also offers specific high-concentration groups with a maximum of four students and small groups for reinforcement and psychopedagogical re-education.
A team whose curriculum makes a difference, a multidisciplinary team with profiles that rarely coincide in the same educational center.
Its founder, Diana, has training in Early Childhood and Primary Education, early intervention, psychomotricity, therapeutic pedagogy, Montessori methodology applied to literacy and mathematics, psychopedagogy, and neuropsychopedagogy. Her training also includes knowledge of cell biology, biochemistry, anatomy, and histology.
The team also includes specialists in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, English with C2 level, Pedagogy, leisure and free time focused on educational inclusion, teaching Spanish as a foreign language, and music education.
In the technological area, the center has a senior Telecommunications Engineer, recognized with the Galicia Telecommunications Award 2017 and specialized in programming, electronics, and networks.
This combination allows students to receive academic and psychopedagogical support, but also to access experiences that go far beyond books: Science, physics, and chemistry laboratories through magic, robotics, programming, electronics, music, art, history, geography, and creative workshops.
Detect to support, not to label: Another of A Semente dos Soños's major differences is its Psychopedagogy and Guidance area.
The center conducts assessments to understand students' strengths and needs in profiles such as ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, or dysgraphia. This work is accompanied by guidance for families, individual monitoring, and coordination with educational centers and other professionals.
The goal is not to reduce a child to a diagnosis, but to understand what they need to progress and provide them with tools to learn with greater security and confidence.
Families explain what statistics cannot tell:
The quality of an educational project can be presented through qualifications, methodologies, or programs, but perhaps the most important proof comes when families describe how their children feel when attending the center.
Published reviews repeatedly speak of children who arrive excited, who learn while having fun, and who ask to return the next day. They also highlight the team's affection, closeness, creativity, and the peace of mind of knowing their children are cared for by professionals who understand and respect their needs.
One family even states that "Google should allow 6 stars." Another summarizes the essence of the project by pointing out that they don't just care for the children: "they motivate them, stimulate them, make them feel loved."
A Semente dos Soños's public profile on Google shows a rating of 5.0 out of 5 associated with over a hundred users, a figure that reinforces the impression conveyed by the testimonials collected on the center's own website.
Complementary Education, an innovative proposal, will earn them on October 3rd one of the international awards recognizing executive excellence, Best CEO Woman, due to their strategic vision and transformative leadership among many global CEOs and business leaders.
