The Xunta de Galicia has cut traffic on the OU-406, at the underpass beneath the railway line in Ribadavia, following detected damage to a concrete beam.

Traffic on the OU-406, at the underpass beneath the railway line in Ribadavia, was cut by the Xunta de Galicia after a truck with a crane became stuck due to excessive height. The structure, owned by ADIF, sustained damage to one of its concrete beams, according to checks by the railway administrator.
Personnel from the Galician Agency for Infrastructure and the road maintenance company were dispatched to the site. In coordination with the Ribadavia Local Police, the circulation was closed for safety reasons between kilometer points 0+380 and 0+480.
The maintenance company has deployed personnel to properly signpost the closure. The Xunta is acting in coordination with ADIF and the Ribadavia City Council. Designated areas have been set up for vehicles to turn around in both directions. Those exiting at junction 252 of the A-52 motorway towards Ribadavia center must divert via the N-120 at A Quinza.
The closure will remain in effect until ADIF completes its final damage assessment and the necessary repairs are carried out.
