The Boborás Town Council has opened the application period for aid aimed at purchasing school materials for the 2026/2027 academic year, targeting registered families in the municipality facing socioeconomic difficulties.

The call aims to provide financial support to families in the municipality, helping to cover part of the costs associated with schooling for students in Early Childhood Education, Primary, Secondary, Baccalaureate, and Vocational Training.
Aid amounts vary by educational stage: 70 euros for Early Childhood Education, 90 euros for Primary Education, and 110 euros for Secondary Education. Baccalaureate and Vocational Training students will receive 130 euros per student.
To be eligible, families must be registered in Boborás for at least six months (or five years on the historical registry), have children enrolled for the 2026/2027 academic year, and not exceed a per capita annual income of 6,000 euros. For Early Childhood and Primary Education, students must be enrolled at CEIP Nosa Señora de Xuvencos, with some exceptions.
The aid can be used for school supplies and textbooks, excluding backpacks, computer equipment, and hygiene products. It is compatible with other similar subsidies.
The application period is open from Friday, November 6, to Thursday, November 12, 2026. Applications can be submitted at the General Registry of the Boborás Town Council or through other administrative channels.
The complete regulatory bases and application form are available on the Town Council's electronic headquarters. For further information, interested parties can contact the municipal offices or call 988 402 008.
