The Xunta de Galicia has granted the Miño City Council a concession to occupy 489.70 square meters of land in the public maritime-terrestrial domain, specifically on Extremeiro street, to regularize an already executed sewage infrastructure.

The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change has thus resolved the request submitted by the local government in December 2025. The concession title, published today in the Official Gazette of Galicia, covers the connections of rainwater and wastewater networks from a residential building to the existing municipal separate sewage systems.
This title establishes the general, public, and free use of the occupied public domain, but does not exempt the Miño City Council from obtaining any other necessary permits or licenses.
