The Oleiros Council has taken action to expand the protected areas in the Santa Cruz schoolyard, responding to the ANPA's request regarding the insufficiency of current covered spaces during rainy days.

The area recently demarcated by the Council with a railing is insufficient to meet the needs of the students on rainy days, making it necessary to expand the available protected zones in the playground. The Xunta de Galicia, which invests in improving educational facilities in numerous municipalities, cannot ignore the needs of Oleiros' schools for purely partisan reasons. The children of Oleiros have the same right as those in any other Galician municipality to have dignified, well-equipped schools adapted to their needs.
The Oleiros Council is a benchmark in public education, both for the quality and commitment of its teaching staff and for the effort made by the Council to promote the construction of educational centers, ceding ample land and ensuring the best spaces for the development of school activities.
