The stalls, custom-made from pine wood, are approximately six square meters in size and feature foldable counters and independent access. They are demountable structures designed not to damage the pavement, and their final decoration, including lighting and ornamental elements, will be added in the final phase.
Five of the stalls will house 13 exhibitors who will rotate in three shifts during the festivities. Space allocation will be free of charge, and the offerings will combine artisanal pastries, Christmas sweets, churros with chocolate, drinks, and hot food options, allowing for a variety of gastronomic proposals throughout the holiday season. The sixth stall will be managed by the Social Welfare department, facilitating the participation of social entities.
The space will be complemented by a covered pergola of approximately 15.5 by 5.5 meters, with a designated capacity for 60 people, serving as a resting area and protection from the rain.
Sweet offerings include Habaziro, Pan e Canela, Vanessa Bakery, Don Churro, Churrería Marineda, Endulzarte, Qkinhas, and Pastelería Palestina. Savory options will be provided by Begoña Perritos, Bottega Italiana, and El Almacén. El Invernadero and Skoll will also be present.
