This activity, held on October 14, 2026, is the second in a series preceding DATAfórum, which will take place in A Coruña from October 21 to 23. The first was held on October 1 at the Provincial Court with students from IES Eusebio da Guarda.
The event was attended by the Councilor for Education, Training, and Technological Innovation, Juan Ignacio Borrego; members of the school's teaching staff; the coordinator of the master's degree in law at the UDC, María Digna Braña, and several university students; the territorial manager of Justice for Galicia, Marta García Sande; Judge María Jesús García García; Prosecutor María Nemiña Suárez, and staff from the City Council's Education service.
The trial simulated a case of harassment in a fictional school, narrated by the children themselves. Councilor Juan Ignacio Borrego emphasized that the goal is to "raise awareness among students and the educational community about the consequences of school harassment and cyberbullying" and to "tackle the root of this problem which, unfortunately, occurs frequently in schools and which we must not silence".
DATAfórum 2026, to be held in A Coruña from October 21 to 23, is a benchmark event on the digital transformation of Justice in Spain. It will bring together 180 experts and over a thousand attendees, mostly legal professionals, to discuss the application of artificial intelligence and other technologies in the public Justice service.
