The delivery of property titles for the San Bartolomeu de Berrande land redistribution area in Vilardevós will take place on Tuesday, November 17th, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Casa da Cultura, located at rúa Manuel Núñez 51. Distribution will be by surname order, starting with those whose surnames begin with Alfonso Fernández and María Isabel González Rodríguez, and continuing with José Enrique Hurtado Morales and Teresa Vivian Prieto.
Additionally, titles will be available for collection at the Ourense Agrarian Infrastructure Service starting December 1st.
For collection, property owners must present their DNI (National Identity Document). Authorized individuals will need copies of the owner's and the authorized person's DNI, along with a signed authorization from the owner. For heirs, a death certificate, will and testament or declaration of heirs, and the notarial or judicial partition of inheritance, as applicable, will be required. For sales, the public deed of sale, duly settled, will be necessary.
