The University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) is launching the initiative ‘Voces Corresponsables’, which began this Tuesday, October 20th, with a workshop at the Bal & Gay Residence Hall on the Lugo Campus, aiming to promote care and equal masculinities among university youth.

The project, part of a collaboration agreement with the Consellería de Política Social e Igualdade for the development of the Plan Corresponsables by the Xunta de Galicia, specifically targets students residing in the centers of the USC's University Residence Service (SUR).
Through an experiential and participatory methodology, the initiative seeks not only to raise awareness about the effects of micro-violence but also to actively involve students in building a more egalitarian, empathetic, and caring university community.
The workshops will continue in the coming days at various residences and major colleges within the SUR, open to all USC students. Upcoming dates include the Rodríguez Cadarso Major College (Wednesday, October 21st, 8:00 PM), Monte da Condesa Residence Hall (Monday, October 26th, 8:00 PM), Burgo das Nacións Residence Hall (Tuesday, October 27th, 8:30 PM), and Fonseca Major College (Wednesday, October 28th, 8:00 PM).
Places must be reserved through an online registration form.
