The document, which has already been sent to the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change for environmental approval, aims to plan and regulate the urban development actions necessary for the creation of this new industrial estate. This development is included in the Sectoral Plan for Business Areas of Galicia.
The main objective of this initiative is to expedite the development of business land as much as possible in municipalities and regions with economic growth potential. This is always done respecting the relevant administrative and environmental procedures, in order to support the productive sector in its expansion.
The O Pousadoiro business park, located in Vilagarcía de Arousa, currently covers an area of almost 209,000 square meters, and this expansion seeks to provide the locality with more space for future economic activities.
