The initiative, aimed at improving employment opportunities, combined specialized training, guidance, and internships in companies. Throughout the program, 110 people were assisted, of whom 50% were women, 35% were under 30 years old, 5% had disabilities, and 10% were long-term unemployed.
Specialties such as cashier and restocking, first aid, care for dependent persons, socio-labor guidance, and accounting management were taught, along with complementary training in areas like occupational risk prevention, IT, job searching, English, logistics, and artificial intelligence.
Non-professional work placements were managed for 27 participants. The job placement rate stood at around 35-40%, a result that, according to delegate Pablo Fernández, "highlights the importance of aligning training with labor market needs".
Fernández emphasized the Xunta's commitment to creating quality employment and using training as a tool to enhance employability and open new professional opportunities.
