The mobile unit of the Agency for Organ and Blood Donation will travel to the municipality of Valdoviño this Thursday, October 22nd. It will remain in the parking lot of the Meirás cooperative in the afternoon, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Anyone over 18 years old, weighing more than 50 kilograms, and who does not suffer or has not suffered from blood-transmissible diseases such as HIV or hepatitis B or C, can donate.
Blood donation is described as a simple act that allows many people to solve health problems and even save their lives.
