The Ares City Council, through its Department of Environment, organized an educational and fun workshop on recycling at CPI As Mirandas, aimed at early childhood education students (3 to 5 years old), with the goal of awakening ecological awareness from an early age.

Through a game roulette and visual dynamics, the children learned to identify where each waste goes, recognizing the different bins and the importance of correct separation to give materials a new life. Each participant received a commemorative t-shirt with the slogan «Mola que sepAres» as a gift.
This initiative is part of a campaign promoted by the Xunta de Galicia with support from European Union funds, which seeks to encourage selective collection and sustainability throughout the community.
The City Council thanked the complicity and enthusiasm of the school and its teaching staff, emphasizing that learning through play is the best way to build a more sustainable Ares committed to the future.
