The Provincial Council of A Coruña has approved the technical project for reinforcing the road surface and improving road safety on the provincial road DP-0605, passing through the municipalities of O Pino and Touro.

The project, with a base tender budget of 410,304.16 euros, will cover a 4.67-kilometer stretch of the road, from kilometer point 0+000 to 4+670. The intervention includes the repair of degraded areas, the laying of a new five-centimeter layer of hot asphalt mix, and the complete renewal of horizontal and vertical signage.
The works, with an execution period of three months from the signing of the site survey verification report, will minimize the impact on traffic. Execution will be carried out alternately on the road margins, ensuring that one lane always remains open to traffic.
This action is part of the Provincial Council of A Coruña's Plan de Vías Provinciais (Provincial Roads Plan), aiming to improve the province's road infrastructure and ensure driver safety.
