The Council of A Cañiza has initiated procedures to establish two employment pools within its Sports Service for the year 2026, for aquatic lifeguard/instructor and gym instructor positions.

By Mayoral Decree, the Council of A Cañiza has approved the commencement of procedures to form two employment pools specifically for the Sports Service. These calls are planned for the year 2026.
The positions to be filled are one Employment Pool for Aquatic Lifeguard/Instructor and another Employment Pool for Gym Instructor. Interested candidates will be able to submit their applications within a period of 10 calendar days.
The application submission period began the day after the announcement was published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Pontevedra, meaning from October 14th to October 23rd, 2026, inclusive.
All documentation related to the bases of the calls, as well as any other relevant information, is available for consultation at the Council's municipal offices. It can also be accessed through the Electronic Office's Announcement Board.
