The Burela City Council wished to recognize the work of the Fanto Fantini Cultural Association, organizers of the Osa do Mar Festival, after they received the award in the Best Cultural or Musical Event category at the second edition of the PALCO Awards. The awards ceremony took place yesterday, November 3rd, at the Capitol Room in Santiago de Compostela.
These awards, promoted by the Galician Association of Music Companies (AGEM) in collaboration with the Xunta de Galicia, through the Galician Agency for Cultural Industries (AGADIC) and the Xacobeo Concerts, aim to highlight the best of the Galician music industry. The recognition values the effort and dedication of the young people who make each edition of Osa do Mar possible, a festival that has become a cultural benchmark for Burela and projects the municipality's name throughout Galicia.
From the City Council, they wanted to thank the association for its commitment to the cultural dynamism of the town and encourage residents to continue supporting initiatives that help make Burela a meeting point for music and culture.
