The Talentos Inclusivos project, promoted by FECYT and developed by the CITIC of the Universidade da Coruña and ASPACE, presented its inclusive education experience at the EDUCA 2026 World Congress, held in Santiago de Compostela.

CITIC of UDC researcher Javier Pereira and the management lead of the Talentos Inclusivos project, Irene Brage, shared the initiative and the European project Erasmus+ EDiGIT on October 23rd and 24th at the EDUCA 2026 World Education Congress. The event gathered over 500 attendees linked to the educational field.
In their presentation, titled «Talentos Inclusivos. A project for educational inclusion in schools», they highlighted the importance of promoting proposals that foster inclusion through science, technology, and collaborative work in educational centers.
The EDiGIT project was also introduced, based on the Talentos Inclusivos methodology. It aims to reduce the digital divide and promote the inclusion of people with disabilities, particularly those with cerebral palsy, through a structured methodology and a web platform for teachers.
The EDUCA World Education Congress is a multidisciplinary event that fosters the exchange of knowledge and experiences among educators and professionals in the educational field, with the goal of improving the quality of education.
The participation of Talentos Inclusivos and EDiGIT in the congress offers an opportunity to raise awareness of the work developed by CITIC of UDC and to transfer inclusive educational methodologies to other national and international contexts, reinforcing the commitment to more accessible education that embraces diversity.
