The action also includes repainting and specific adjustments to more efficiently distribute spaces in the surrounding area. One of the novelties is the reorganization of parking zones, which aims to increase the number of vehicles that can park, thus responding to a resident demand.
By rationalizing the areas designated for parking, new spaces will also be gained. Some elements that could pose an obstacle to vehicles in the area have also been removed.
The work is being carried out in sections to allow residents access at all times. The Councilor for Infrastructure, Jesús Celemín, highlighted that the refurbishment is essential as the street hosts residential areas, a Cruz Roja training center, the Guardia Civil command, and the National Police station.
