The grants are distributed across three lines of action: 125,000 euros for programs aimed at individuals with neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's, dementias, Parkinson's), 75,000 euros for the care of individuals with brain damage and epilepsy, and 100,000 euros for individuals with rare diseases, lymphedema, Down syndrome, and other serious chronic pathologies.
The purpose of these subsidies is to contribute to improving the autonomy of individuals with special socio-sanitary needs, alleviating limitations, and promoting their rehabilitation and integration. The subsidized programs include interventions in physiotherapy, speech therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, occupational therapy, and psychological support.
The deadline for beneficiary entities to submit the supporting documentation for the execution of the programs is next November 10.
