Proposals must be specifically aimed at young people, be technically feasible, fall under municipal competence and general interest, with a limit of 15,000 euros per activity.
Following the technical evaluation by the Youth department, the voting phase will open, taking place from January 18th to February 28th, 2027.
Young people born between 1997 and 2011 will be eligible to vote, provided they are registered, reside, work, or study in Santiago.
