These electronic cards will allow the holder to be identified and their identity to be electronically accredited. Furthermore, they will serve as a support for electronic signatures, enabling access to applications and information systems, as well as the signing of electronic documents and procedures. They will also facilitate access control to restricted areas within healthcare facilities.
The contract covers the supply of the units, as well as all necessary software for their proper functioning and management from users' workstations. This includes middleware, drivers, and any other IT component required by the devices.
Technical support is also included to address incidents related to the cards, software, and integrated equipment, as well as any issues that may arise during their adaptation and integration with existing platforms. The awarded company must provide a contact point for managing these incidents.
The planned distribution of units and investment is allocated by year: 5,000 cards in 2026, followed by 25,000 in 2027, and the remaining 20,000 in 2028. The framework agreement will have an initial duration of two years, with the possibility of extensions up to a total of four years.
Interested companies can submit their offers until next November 27th at 2:00 PM.
