The director of the Galician Agency for Cultural Industries, Jacobo Sutil, participated today in the presentation of the 19th edition of Culturgal. The fair, scheduled from November 27th to 29th at the Pazo da Cultura in Pontevedra, will bring together companies, professionals, and the general public around Galician culture. The Xunta de Galicia is contributing €90,000 to this event, maintaining its support as the main collaborating entity since its inception.
The Ministry of Culture, Language, and Youth thus consolidates its commitment to an event that offers companies and professionals a space to present their work, establish contacts, and bring their proposals to citizens. Culturgal's program, directed by Camilo Franco for the fourth consecutive year, will combine music and performing arts, project presentations, audiovisual screenings, professional meetings, and workshops.
The fair will include proposals for families and children, as well as an exhibition and sales area for cultural products and services. Additionally, activities will extend to Ribeira through Culturgal Expandido, an initiative created in 2023 to bring the program to other parts of Galicia in the weeks leading up to the Pontevedra fair.
