The program includes music, theater, magosto (chestnut roasting), traditional games, and inflatables, aiming to create a festive atmosphere for all audiences, as highlighted by the councilor for culture, Carmen García. Most events will be held in a tent set up outside the Centro Social do Mar due to the works on the Parque Urbano Lugrís.
The program will kick off on Saturday, November 7, at 5:00 PM with the XXIX San Martiño Race, open to children and adults, which will run along Montero Ríos street. In the evening, starting at 10:00 PM, there will be concerts by local groups such as Silee and Quinkillada, as well as DJ Moe.
On Sunday, November 8, the Centro Social do Mar will host the V San Martiño de Bueu Choral Concert at 7:00 PM, featuring the choral groups Coral Polifónica de Bueu, Coral Polifónica Marusía, and Coro de Cela-Lestonnac de Cangas. The day will conclude with a street party starting at 9:00 PM with Distrito 7.
On Tuesday, November 10, the tent will offer traditional games and inflatables between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, followed by a performance by the Orquesta Magos at 9:00 PM.
Wednesday, November 11, the main day of the festivities, will feature traditional games and inflatables in the tent from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Religious services in the Church of Bueu in honor of San Martiño will be held at 12:00 PM, with the Coral Polifónica Marusía, and the charanga Noroeste will entertain the streets beforehand. In the afternoon, a popular magosto will take place, followed by the II Bueu City Council Foosball Championship. The orchestra Triunfo will close the day with a street party at 8:30 PM.
The festivities will conclude on Thursday, November 12, with street entertainment by the charanga Os Jaláticos (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM) and religious services in honor of San Roque with the Coral Polifónica de Bueu at 12:00 PM.
Additionally, on November 11 and 12, the Asociación Cultural Santos Reis will organize the XXVII Exhibition of Old Photos in the small churchyard, showcasing historical images of Bueu's landscapes and people.
