The Port Authority of Ferrol-San Cibrao has given the green light for the execution of a new 15 kV electrical supply line at the Mugardos Energy Terminal, owned by the Reganosa group. The approval of the concession modification will enable the works to proceed.

The plant is developing a project to implement a new line to supply it with energy, aiming to have an additional electrical feed. This will increase the robustness of its supply system and maintain operation in various scenarios. The body chaired by José Antonio Álvarez Vidal thus authorizes the execution of works affecting the Port Authority's service area.
The works involve the execution of 65 meters of underground channeling for electrical supply and modifications to the regasification plant's substation.
Among other matters, at the board of directors meeting, the new maritime captain, César Pita, took office as a member, replacing his predecessor Ángel del Real. Patricio Erhardt was also renewed as the representative of business organizations.
The appointment of new members to the Navigation and Port Council for the ports of general interest of Ferrol and San Cibrao was also approved, which will be chaired by the director of the Port Authority, José Ignacio Villar.
