The grant, aimed at hiring young people registered with the National Youth Guarantee System, has enabled the employment of the worker for a nine-month period in the municipal offices. This initiative seeks to provide a first professional experience and optimize internal management.
The hiring contributes to supporting document management tasks and strengthening the operational capacity of municipal departments, aligning with regional and European objectives to promote youth employment in the territory.
This action is co-financed by the European Union under the FSE+ Galicia 2021-2027 Programme, reaffirming the European commitment to youth employment and the social and economic development of Galicia.
