The Council of Cedeira will hire a young unemployed person registered with the National Youth Guarantee System as an administrative assistant for nine months, thanks to a grant from the Xunta de Galicia co-financed by the European Union.

The Council of Cedeira has received a grant from the Consellería de Emprego, Comercio e Emigración of the Xunta de Galicia, under an order from May 2026, for the hiring of young people registered with the National Youth Guarantee System. This aid is co-financed by 60% by the European Union through the FSE+ Galicia 2021-2027 program.
The main objective of this initiative is to improve the employability and professional integration of young people who are not studying or working, by providing services that offer them necessary professional practice for their sustainable integration into the labor market.
Thanks to this grant, the hiring of a young unemployed person registered with the National Youth Guarantee System for an Administrative position has been carried out. The contract will last for nine months on a full-time basis, following an offer submitted to the Ferrol employment office.
