The Curtis Fairgrounds hosts from this Friday the VI Playmobil Exhibition Fair, an event for all ages combining play, collecting, and creativity around the iconic figures, with free admission.

The exhibition, organized by PlaymoGalicia together with the Concello de Curtis, and with the collaboration of the Xunta de Galicia and the Deputación da Coruña, is finalizing details to present several dioramas, one of them up to 16 square meters. The scenes will transport visitors to Ancient Egypt, the Old West, the planet Mars, or the world of Heidi. With a historical and local focus, one of the dioramas will be dedicated to Galician castros.
The fair will open its doors this Friday, October 30th, from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. On Saturday the 31st, it can be visited from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Sunday, November 1st, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Admission will be free during all three days.
The Concello de Curtis invites residents and people from the surrounding area to attend, thanking the work of PlaymoGalicia. At the entrance, attendees will receive a paper to participate in a game of detecting hidden errors in the dioramas, with a chance to win prizes. Additionally, there will be a solidarity campaign to collect yellow plastic capsules from chocolate eggs, with the collected material destined for charitable purposes.
The exhibition will gather thousands of figures and will also feature Playmobil vendors, offering an opportunity for collectors and enthusiasts. Playmobil is a toy line based on a 7.5 cm tall figure, with accessories, vehicles, and buildings on the same scale, allowing for the recreation of all kinds of scenarios.
