The actions included improving the thermal envelope with exterior insulation (SATE), renovating windows and glazing, replacing the existing heating system with an aerothermal installation, incorporating a heat recovery ventilation system, and upgrading the lighting system with more energy-efficient equipment.
This intervention is part of the PR486D aid program for energy efficiency works in buildings and infrastructures linked to municipal services.
The funding for this action comes 80% from the subsidizable expense, distributed as 60% with European Union funds (Galicia FEDER 2021-2027) and 20% with own funds from the Xunta de Galicia. The remaining 20% is contributed by the Concello de Coirós.
